Vanilla Cake

 

 Ingredients:

280g Platypus Baking Mix

40g custard powder

90g Sugar

130g butter, softened

250ml rice milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

 

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together with whisk or electric mixer for 1 minute. Poor into greased and lined cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
