Makes 660g. 7.1g protein total. 1.08g protein/100g

Ingredients:

120g sultanas (1.2g protein)

120g dried apricots, chopped (1.2g protein)

75g dried apple, chopped

70g blueberries

60g cranberries

120g low protein cereal

30g corn puffs (1.2g protein)

30g rice cereal (1.5g protein)

15g rice puffs (1g protein)

15g buckwheat puffs (1g protein).

 

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.

Dried apricots 120g = 1.2g protein

Sultanas 120g = 1.2g protein

Dried apple, dried blueberries, cranberries 200g = Free

Corn puffs 30g at 3.9g protein/100g= 1.2g protein

Rice cereal 30g at 5.1g protein/100g = 1.5g protein

Rice puffs 15g at 7.1g protein/100g = 1g protein

Buckwheat puffs 15g at 7g protein/100g = 1g protein
